Assessment and Impact of the IA Act on Entrepreneurs and the Self-Employed

The IA Act came into force on August 1, 2024. Since February 2, 2025, products classified as "unacceptable risk" have been banned from the market. However, determining unambiguously whether a product falls into this category remains a challenge.

The HEC Alumni Club of Independent Experts and Consultants, in association with XMP Consult and Telecom Alumni, is organizing a conference/roundtable on the theme :
