Career workshop: midlife transition, identifying your own success criteria

On Wednesday, April 2, starting at 5pm at IESF (75008 Paris), ENSTA Alumni is organizing a career workshop entitled "Mid-life transition: identifying your own criteria for success", led by Jean-Marc PHELIPPEAU (ENSTA 1994). It will be followed by a cocktail reception.

Workshop content :

The first half of our working lives is most often guided by "default criteria": money, security, social recognition, hierarchical progression.
At some point (usually around the age of 45, but sometimes much earlier!), these criteria cease to function and to make any real sense. At that point, it's a question of bringing out and recognizing more personal criteria and desires, so as to be able to build a truly fulfilling career path for oneself.

The aim of this workshop is to help you do just that, and to provide food for thought and discussion.

Presentation of the speaker :

X-ENSTA (1994), Jean-Marc Phelippeau has been coaching managers and entrepreneurs since 2007. His "existential coaching" helps to overcome phases of confusion, loss of meaning or burn-out.

Program :

- 4.45pm: welcome to participants

- 5:00 pm: workshop starts

- 8:00 pm: cocktail reception

Registration is open to ENSTA Paris students and graduates (10€ for subscribers and 25€ for non-subscribers), and to alumni of other IP Paris schools and G16+ member associations (25€). Registration is compulsory* by clicking on "Register".
