Laurent ZYLBERSTEIN

Laurent has held positions of responsibility in operational functions (Supply Chain) and in Organization and Strategy consulting. His career path and his participation in various management committees have enabled him to develop recognized skills in the fields of multicultural team management, project management and change management.

Co-founder of CAP DIRIGEANT, he provides outplacement and coaching services to senior executives, convinced that each individual has his or her own keys to success, and can achieve fulfillment through his or her professional project.

Laurent is a graduate of the European Business School and an HEC-certified coach.
