Presentation
This group plans to take action through sessions presenting concrete business plans and entrepreneurial pitches. This group will seek to give members of the association a foot in the door, and enable them to play the role of "sponsor" and first ambassador for these young companies.
The group will also draw on the strong skills of the Business Angels des Grands Ecoles network - BADGE - to provide methodologies and financing packages (if the project is selected by BADGE member investors), BADGE having signed a partnership with the alumni association as well as the School's incubator, ParisTech Entrepreneurs.
Regular information will be sent to members of this group. Dedicated training for new members will also be provided, either directly by BADGE or in conjunction with the Ecole, to enable each member to learn how to make their own investment choices and position themselves as start-up mentors.

The ambition of this new group, supported by the "Entrepreneurs" group, is to turn each alumnus, according to his or her own financial capacity, into a "Business-Angels" helping to finance new digital start-ups, thus contributing to the development of the "entrepreneurship" aspect of the School.
Chairman: Gilles VAILLANT - 1973 - ingénieur des Mines - held a wide variety of positions at France Télécom and then Orange: operations, networks, development of new services, and finally managing a network of subsidiaries in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
He was also managing director of a JV in Indonesia, Pramindo, which weathered the Asian crisis of 1997-98, and participated in the creation of several mobile networks and value-added services.
For the past 7 years, he has been a member of the BA des Grandes Ecoles network, of which he is treasurer, having invested directly in a dozen start-ups. He is also Chairman of one of the SIBAs, which manages an open-ended investment fund raised from BADGE members.
