As an external registrant for an event that we organize, we are required to process data concerning you: name, first name, contact details, company email and telephone, possibly the answers to the questions that are asked to you during registration or in the event satisfaction questionnaire.
This data is used only in the context of the event for which you are registering in order to:
send you your registration confirmation,
allow its organization (list of participants, entry checks),
allow us to analyze the answers to the questions asked.
We may also be required to suggest future events that we will organize.
