Coach for the Pôle Carrières, the Alumni Association of Arts et Métiers Engineers.
A seasoned expert, for the past 10 years he has been supporting gadzarts, from recent graduates to senior executives, at key moments in their professional careers. This support is based on an approach where each individual can (re)find initiative, power to act and autonomy in making choices that make sense for him or her and for the company.
Frédéric is co-chairman of G16+, an association of employment/career managers from 23 French schools, co-founded by Jacques Herbemont (Pa136) (former careers manager).
Frédéric's proven know-how comes from over 10 years of coaching and marketing at Apec, and 3 years in outplacement.
Trained as a coach, Frédéric is convinced that everyone has the resources they need to flourish. He has a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology.
