Share your experience: become a mentor to 700 middle and high school students

To help young people make the right choices and open the doors to scientific careers, the Equal Opportunity Center at the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, in partnership with the Les Entretiens de l'Excellence association, is organizing a major event on the École Polytechnique campus in Palaiseau.association Les Entretiens de l'Excellence, is organizing a major event on Saturday December 13, 2025 on the École Polytechnique campus in Palaiseau.

The event will bring together 700 middle and high school students, supported either by Institut Polytechnique de Paris schools via the Cordées de la réussite program, or by the Les Entretiens de l'Excellence association.
The aim is to inspire the next generation through testimonials from committed professionals in the scientific and technological fields.

🎓 We're looking for Télécom Paris graduates

Are you a Télécom Paris graduate who would like to pass on your experience?
We'd like to invite you to take part as a speaker in our themed workshops after noon.
Discussions will take place in small groups, around 12 sector-based themes:

• Aeronautics and space

• Construction and architecture

• Business creation and management

• Defense & Security

• Teaching and research

• Finance, banking and insurance

• Ecological transition professions

• Digital technology and artificial intelligence

• Political, general interest, social and humanitarian

• Health

• Science, industry and technology

• Supply chain, transport and logistics

Your testimonial can really shed light on the future of these young people and give them confidence in their ambitions.

12:00-13:00: welcome speakers & lunch
1:00 pm-1:30 pm: last students arrive, set-up
1:30-2:00 pm: opening plenary session
2:45pm-3:45pm: first workshop session
3:45pm-4:15pm: break
4:15pm-5:15pm: second workshop session
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm: closing cocktail with speakers
